VIVA FOREVER foi o quarto e último single a ser retirado do SPICEWORLD. Este single foi concebido para ser Lado-A duplo, VIVA FOREVER/NEVER GIVE UP ON THE GOOD TIMES - com previsão de lançamento para meados de maio de 1998, mas devido a saída de Geri da banda e os vocais em NEVER GIVE UP ON THE GOOD TIMES, foi decidido que apenas VIVA FOREVER, seria liberado. VIVA FOREVER foi mal promovido, e sua única verdadeira força promocional foi a campanha publicitária da saída de Geri. A canção foi finalmente lançada em 20 de julho de 1998, vendendo 277.911 cópias em sua primeira semana. Ela permaneceu em #1 por 2 semanas, e passou a ser Disco de Platina, vendendo 627.600 cópias. Foi o 13º best-seller de 1998. O single não foi lançado em nos EUA, mas ficou na posição #85 nos singles nos anos '90, no Reino Unido. Na Austrália, o single recebeu cinco versões de capas diferentes, uma com o grupo, e quatro com cada uma das integrantes que permaneceram no grupo.

"Todas nós, quando pequenas, íamos de férias em pacotes turísticos para Costa Brava ou Costa do Sol, e sempre descolávamos algum namoro ou uma aventura, não é mesmo? Naquela época fazíamos amigos e tantávamos nos manter em contato com essas pessoas, ma sno fim nunca dava certo. Quando estávamos escrevendo essa música, nós pensávamos em tudo isso que já passou. É uma dedicatória para todas as pessoas que cruzamos nessas viagens quando éramos crianças. Sempre quisemos fazer um vídeo com animação. Um monte de gente já fez, mas queríamos algo com a nossa cara. STOP foi um sucesso pequeno em comparação aos singles anteriores das Spice Girls, mas continua sendo uma das canções mais lembradas. O single alcançou o #2 no Reino Unido, atrás do sucesso do Run DMC, IT'S LIKE THAT, que terminou com recorde contínuo de #'s1 (WANNABE-TOO MUCH). Depois do sucesso da apresentação nas Olimpíadas, no dia 12 de agosto de 2012, o GREATEST HITS das Spice Girls voltou ontem para o Top20 britânico quase 5 anos após seu lançamento. A coletânea conseguiu o #18. Já SPICE UP YOUR LIFE, uma das músicas apresentadas durante a cerimônia, voltou no #95 na parada oficial de singles.
