Greatest Hits foi a coletânea que as Spice Girls lançaram para acompanhar a turnê de reunião do grupo, em 2007. Ela foi lançada em três formatos: CD, CD/DVD e Gift Box (CD/DVD/Remix CD/Karaoke CD). A versão CD/DVD seria a versão "deluxe" do álbum, tem a capa preta e inclui 12 clipes oficiais do grupo, pela primeira vez reunidos em um só DVD. O clipe Headlines (Friendship Never Ends) foi incluído apenas na versão dos EUA. A única maneira de adquirir esse DVD é comprando a versão deluxe do álbum ou o Gift Box.
